The Theodor is in the Steglitz-Zehlendorf district, on the border with Dahlem. One of the city's greenest neighborhoods, with multiple universities in walking and biking distance. It also has excellent public transport connections via the BVG, including the U3 line (Krumme Lanke–Warschauer Straße), as well as S-Bahn and bus services.
